ERPdotparse is a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. We do not sell or ship any physical goods or hardware. Therefore, standard shipping policies, physical delivery times, and shipping fees do not apply to any of our offerings.

2. Accessing Your Service

Instant Activation: Upon successful completion of your payment, your subscription and account will be activated immediately.
Welcome Email: You will receive a welcome email at the address associated with your account, containing your receipt, login credentials, and a guide to help you start using our WhatsApp and Email automation tools.
Dashboard Access: You can log in to your smart dashboard directly through our website to begin utilizing our AI tools and managing your campaigns.

3. Delays and Technical Issues

While access is generally instantaneous, there may be rare occasions where system maintenance or payment gateway delays occur. If you do not receive your welcome email or account access within 1 hour of payment, please check your spam/junk folder. If it is not there, contact our support team immediately.
