2. Refund Eligibility

Because ERPdotparse offers digital Software as a Service (SaaS), we have specific guidelines for refunds:

Initial Purchases: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the platform within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.
Renewals: Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are non-refundable. We send reminder emails prior to annual renewals to allow you time to cancel if you wish.
Partial Months: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service if you choose to cancel before your billing cycle ends.
